INDICATIONS

• Bacterial Dermatitis: Skin infections caused by susceptible strains of Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus spp., Staphylococcus spp., and Escherichia coli (E. coli).
• Soft Tissue Infections: Treatment of abscesses, wounds, and lacerations caused by Staphylococcus aureus, Enterococcus faecalis, E. coli, Proteus mirabilis, and Staphylococcus spp.

ADMINISTRATION

• Administered orally.
• Standard Dosage: The typical recommended dosage for dogs is 5 mg per pound of body weight, administered twice daily (every 12 hours).
• Duration: Treatment is typically prescribed for 5 to 7 days, or for at least 48 hours after all symptoms have completely subsided.
• Missed Doses: If you miss a dose, give it as soon as you remember. However, if it is almost time for the next scheduled dose, skip the missed dose and resume the normal schedule. Never give the patient two doses at once.
